Top commercial Bitrix24 tariffs allow to make automatisation with the use of lists.
Now you can use "Report Designer" for Bitrix24 for making reports using these lists.
The application allows to use fields with the following data types:
- list,
- link to employee,
- bind to CRM items (Companies and Contacts).
To set the report you need to indicate lists and to choose the necessary element from the dropdown menu.
Other settings are the same as for other Bitrix24 entities. You can use formulas for automatic calculations in the report, and scheduled generation and publishing in the Activity Stream.
