SCHEDULED REPORTS BY COMPANY IN "REPORT DESIGNER" FOR BITRIX24
A new option was recently added in "Report Designer". Now the application can automatically generate and send scheduled reports by e-mail.
To set automatic reports you need to add a Company filter in report settings:
If you do not choose the company in the Company filter, the report will be generated by all companies.
This report can set be automatically generated and published in the Activity Stream in your Bitrix24.
To make the same report for the chosen client, you need to make settings in the company's profile:
1. "Reports" tab - Add Report.
2. In the dropdown menu only the reports, which are configured with the "Company" filter are available.
3. Choose necessary report.
4. Choose the receivers of the report. The list of e-mails is taken from the Company's profile and added Contacts.
5. Choose the period for the report.
You can add several reports for different receivers.
The template of the message for the client can be set in the "Activity Stream" tab.
Sent messages with the reports are stored in the company's profile.
If the report is empty (no movements in the client's account for the date of the report), it will not be sent.
This option of "Report Designer" is very useful for sending debt and reconciliation reports to the clients.
