Calling Bot
CallingBot is an application for integration of Zvonobot service with Bitrix24.
At this moment the application supports calls for
The application can help you with the following:
- to inform the client about the change of the status of his order. After automatic phone call, the order can be moved to "successful" stage (if the client has answered the call) or "failed" stage (if the client has not answered the call or if he was not available for he call).
- to receive client's feedback with the use of IVR-menu. The user initiates automatic phone call to the client, when he moves the order to the defined stage. During the call the client can choose one of the options. For example, to confirm the order - the client can press 1, to get additional information - the client can press 2. After that the order's status will be changed automatically.
- to receive client's feedback with the use of speech-recognition function. The user initiates automatic phone call to the client, when he moves the order to the defined stage. The client's answer will be recorded, recognised and written in the order. For example, "I want to receive my order tomorrow at 8 p.m./ thank you". After that the order's status will be changed automatically. Currently speech-recognition service is available for English and Czech languages. For other languages, only answer recording function is available (the user can listen to the client's answer).
For the correct work of the application, the client should have local telephone format number, containing country code, region code and the phone number itself. For example, +44 xx xxxx xxxx for the UK, +420 xxx xxx xxx for Czech Republic.
